Daju was founded in 2020 by Hannah Shogbola, a D&I and Artist Development Specialist with over a decade of Agency, Management, and Consultancy experience. In our first six months, we consulted and produced key projects for companies like SXSW, Afropunk, British Underground, and more.

With a core focus on D&I, DAJU is building an ever-growing community that provides coaching, workshops, inspirational talks, team-building and diversity training. We're committed to making the music & the arts industry safe, inclusive and rewarding for everyone.
